Recommend to come on October for the weather and the view is delightful during this time of year. We arrived at 10, and get a panda ev to drive around the site. Strongly suggest to rent the ev cuz it’s more convenient to see the whole view within 2 hours. Just use Alipay or WeChat to scan the QR code on the car and you’re good to go. It’s definitely a must visit tour site when u visit hangzhou!
